backstep	defensive position on a mission that protects the team's rear
baseline	standard against which a text can measure variance
bio trigger	trigger of a bomb planted within a person that uses the body's chemistry to activate it.
black	death
black time	time that is not accounted for and is therefore suspicious.
black track	a backup text record of events on a mission
blood cover	creation of a cover identity that is so realistic even a spouse and children don't know the reality
branch mission	a second mission plan connected to primary mission
breach	attack
buffered hostiles	isolated prisioners (who are kept ignorant of their captors identities)

def con scenario	defense condition situation (a term used in the Cold War that refers to levels of nuclear threat)
