Q1.) When you were called for the audition, can you describe what they told you about the character you would be playing as "Siobhan" on "La Femme Nikita"?

INGRID: She takes no shit from anybody


Q2.) For the character of "Siobhan", did you have to alter your appearance in any way? Hair? Tattoo's? Makeup?

INGRID: Fake scars and lip ring. I decided I would never smile,except in the face of Sparks


Q3.) What geared your interest towards an acting career?

INGRID: Escape and an addiction to heightened reality


Q4.) What is the greatest moment you've experienced thru your acting history?

INGRID: Working with people I admire - Meryl Streep, Holly Hunter, Stellan Skarsgard, Vincent D'onofrio, Janeane Garofalo and respecting them even more afterwards.


Q5.)A lot of fine talent you possess, acting, producing, directing, What do you prefer?

INGRID: I love the acting/producing combo - it keeps me on my toes


And what are the differences in the feelings you get with each?

INGRID: Acting keeps my fantasy world alive. Producing keeps me in touch with reality

Q6.) At what age did you start acting?

INGRID: Got my first break in a bell canada commercial With Megan follows at the age of 11.


Q7.) You acted on "La Femme Nikita" early on, did you keep watching the series after that?

INGRID: I've got two kids and they don't watch any tv during the week So it's impossible for me to tune in to the tube.


If so ,which was your favorite episode?

INGRID: Per Above .... I know - I'm a loser


Q8.) Do you like playing a bad girl better that a good one?

INGRID: I always prefer to play 'bad girls' I get paralysed if I have to be "likeable"

INGRID: Thanks


Q9.)Have you ever been a part of the Gothic movement yourself or is it something you did just for the role?

INGRID: I stay away from all 'movements' outside of individualism


Q10.) Are you as knowledgeable about computer - or at least interested in computers , as your character was in "La Femme Nikita"?

INGRID: Computers are my nemisis. I spend way too much on them. it's defn. A love/hate relationship


Q11.) Can you tell us about your current and future projects?

INGRID: Just shot 2 short films in 24hrs.
1) The Bunny Project
2) Loving Spoonful
And am completing a feature that I co-wrote and produced and am Acting in called: The Limb Salesman (hope to screen it at the toronto int'l Film Festival this year)

Q12.) On "La Femme Nikita", you seemed to get into the villain part, did you and your cohort feel a definite easiness working as partners in crime?

INGRID: I love Julian Ritchings - he's wildly imaginative


Q13.) Could you share with us anything that happened which was either a blooper and/or funny while working on "La Femme Nikita"?

INGRID: When the actor Marc Cohn (forget his character name) handed me "the Disc" he dropped it by accident - during the take and I just smacked Him in The face really hard (for being so clumsy) Marc was completely shocked The director loved it I think it impressed Peta, because she started to laugh. After shooting that episode, Marc and I became great friends which reminds me - I am going to email him right now (He's in L.A.)


Q14.) Do you always try and work within the Canadian Borders?

INGRID: One of my most favourite things is to travel and work I did a film in Lithuania just over a year ago W/ Christine Lahti called "Out of the Ashes" And was in Hong Kong last year doing a play Being paid to travel is one of the great perks of acting


Q15.) Did you enjoy working with the Cast and Crew of "La Femme Nikita"?

INGRID: Yes One of my favourite people on the planet is LFN Producer, Jamie Paul Rock

Q16.) With which Actors/ Directors, would you like to work with in future?

INGRID: Samantha Morton came to mind immediately - I think we'd have fun Basically, I just want to work with people who are fearless and Passionate


Q17.)Have you worked with any of the cast members outside of "La Femme Nikita"?

INGRID: One of my best friends is Anais Granofsky I co-wrote 'Ihe Limb Salesman' with her and she directed it. We just incorporated a company together - Punk Films Inc. And we're Planning to make kickass movies in fact I have to meet her in 10 min. So I better hustle

Q18.) You were in "Taking of Pelham 1-2-3" a few years ago with Vincent D'Onofrio. He has always been a favorite of mine. What was he like in person?

INGRID: Rock solid, Arrogant, Fearless, a smart actor, Intimidating, Extremely charismatic and sexy


Q19.) Can you tell us the story about the peppermint patties in the "La Femme Nikita" episodes. I'd rather hear from someone on the Set than stories that get circulated on the web and changed.

INGRID: Hmmm..... I seem to remember the props twins asking me what I want to eat and I thought of peppermint patties and when I showed up on set they were piled everywhere - which made me very happy

Q20.) What was it like working with Anais Granofsky AKA Carla on the film "On Their Knees."?

INGRID: She's a really intuitive and ballsy Director We worked together on her first film, 'Have Mercy' too and now we're collaborating on 'The Limb Salesman' We laugh a lot and share similar tastes if I could keep making a film with her every couple of years I would be totally happy


Q21.) When you had your first reading with Julian Richings AKA Sparks, How was the chemistry?

INGRID: Playful and trusting. I immediately imagined giving him blow jobs against the pipes (sorry if That's too crude) - but my character's a "nothing ventured, nothing gained" kinda gal.
