108 Escape
Operations: Yesterday, two Marine guards were abducted from a South American embassy by a terrorist group called Tiburon. The spokesman for that group is a man called Cassian Perez. He sent this transmission an hour ago.

Michael: Yes? Okay. (He hangs up.) He traced the plates. It's an Embassy.

Another scene takes place outside the Embassy

The Section van drives down the street. Inside, Birkoff watches his monitors, which show Michael and Nikita walking down the street pretending to be a young couple pushing their baby carriage. They pass the Embassy gates and see Tossi emerging for his daily jog with his bodyguard alongside.

Michael: Here comes Tossi. All teams start sequencing.

Madeline: (advances slowly) We're not unaware of your importance or the privileges you enjoy as a high-ranking member of your Embassy. Tossi: That must explain the extraordinary lengths you've gone to, to make me feel at home.
Madeline: Mr. Tossi, you do business with a known terrorist and murderer, Leon Elder.
Tossi only stares at her, giving nothing away.
Madeline: We would like your help to retrieve him. After that, you will be returned to the Embassy unharmed.

Operations: Does anyone else at the Embassy know of his involvement with Elder? Madeline: He says no.


205 New Regime

210 First Mission
Nikita is in Sect 1 with Birkoff directing the mission.

Sykes is outside the Embassy watching the guards at the gate. Michael is on top of a building, he shoots a . . . um . . . you know . . . those things with a rope attached to an arrow onto the embassy building. He attaches himself to the rope, and glide across onto the top of the embassy building. Michael get into the embassy. He is outside the room containing the disk he is after.

Michael is outside of the embassy, but still inside the gates.


211 Psychic Pilgrim
Armel's house. Garen wants to know when Armel is going to hit on the embassy. Birkoff: The intel we got from Armel checked out. They were going after embassy in Panama.
Armel is having a meeting with his 'business' associates, planning the bombing on the embassy.

The Mission: A group of limousines are headed to what looks to be an embassy or some other important building. Nikita is at Section with Birkoff . Michael is in a second floor window with a sniper gun. The cars all stop at the bottom of a flight of stairs leading up to the embassy's door. There are people everywhere cheering and waiting.
